Optimal Care Services is a private organisation that offers support services based primarily in and around London Borough of Enfield, catering to the specific needs of individuals with complex and challenging needs.
We offer quality housing and specialist support for vulnerable adults - most commonly people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, challenging behaviours, mental health problems and autism spectrum disorder.
Optimal Care Services is a CQC Registered provider, we also aim to provide a 24hour Supported Living accommodation and hope to provide Independent Domiciliary Care Services for clients who live in their own accommodation.

Each of our Supported Accommodations will incorporate assistive technology to facilitate the specific needs of individual tenants, enabling them to live as independently as possible, featuring high ceilings, heating, wide corridors and areas where residents can mix on a communal basis.
Our Aim and Purpose is to improve and encourage others to make a positive changes to the lives of people we support by providing a high quality, Person Centred supportive services and accommodation either in a residential setting or a 24hr supported accommodation for adults with a wide range of learning disabilities.

Our staff: An experienced staff strength with a minimum of diploma in care, QCS level 2 & 3 or equivalent NVQ level 2 & 3 Leadership and management in Care.
